Good food, but Slow Service

I walked away from my lunch today

Ordered and paid for lunch with no rice, just vegetables and chicken. After my usual 12 minute wait some Jackass jumped in front of me and grabbed my dish on the self as it is handed out. So I had to wait till they cooked more vegetables and now chicken as they were all out. After waiting over 20 Minutes I walked away, how sad...

The cooks need to keep an eye on orders and state what is completed.

I have had enough, like I said good food but horrible service..
