I call ahead to see if my stylist is working then make a time the same day, no hassle,no long waiting. II have never been there when they have been there with just one staff and I get great service.

I have been visiting this salon for the last six months. Everytime I go in I get my expected results but have to wait on average 45 minutes. The salon is understaffed on every visit. On one occasion one only one stylist working and she had to stop working on me to take a conference call. If you are looking for a quick stop this salon might not be the best choice.
