BUYER BEWARE: This company sold me a 2010 Volkswagen Tiguan. During the buying process Jay the manager asked me to only test drive the car for about 20 minutes so I did. He also told me to drive it down I-69 which is a smooth cement paved road that wouldn't expose the suspension problems the car has. After experiencing the different problems with the car I had it checked out by Vorderman Volkswagen and they told me the engine was leaking out of so many areas that it should be replaced or completely disassembled and re-assembled. I noticed a hit smell from the engine during the test drive and looked in the engine bay and it was completely clean, Jay advised me that it was from the tire shine they used to detail the engine bay. Also this car was serviced before I bought it to fix the rotors on the car so I'm sure that's when they cleared all the codes for the car since it is now showing the engine light. I purchased this car for roughly $8500 and now multiple places are quoting me roughly $7500 to fix the car. These disgusting people are liars and abide by no moral compass, Jay or Dana have made no effort to fix the problems they have created, I recently graduated from college and am already in endless college debt but Jay was happy to send me off with a completely breaking down car. I honestly don't know how Jay and Dana can sleep at night and I hope Karma hits them hard just like they do their clients.

Not a good business at all. My fiancé and I bought a car from them after hers had transmission problems. About a month after purchasing the car the check engine light came on flashing. After we get it diagnosed we find out that the engine has a bad cylinder and was misfiring bc on the cylinder. This was after the fact we were told that there was nothing wrong with the car. Needless to say not going to purchase another vehicle from them and do not recommend anyone else to purchase a vehicle from them.

I bought 2 vehicles off them because I thought they were a good little car lot. I was told they don't deal with vehicles that have been in accidents. Shorty after buying my 2nd car off them my husband gets in a accident and we find out the 1st car had been totaled out by the previous owner and the insurance company wouldnt pay out much out on it because of that now with the second vehicle that we havnt even owned for 6 months I find out I'd had been t- boned and the motor mount has been broken for awhile and it needs a new transmission it's a Volkswagen and that's going to cost almost as much as we paid for the car! They sure can make it sound good and look nice but get a car fax. I won't be buying from them again

They are the kind of place use car horror stories come from. My son had to show he could buy a car on his own. He, his girl friend and their 8 month old baby went here to get a reliable car. They paid $800 over excellent condition book value for a Bonneville with parts held on with chicken wire.Three months later the rusted out uni-body has let the engine separate from the chassis, leaving the car un-repairable. When asked, the salesman at the lot said that's probably why the last person traded it off. If this is how they treat a young couple with a new baby, how will they treat you ?

i got a car here 2 days after i have the car it will not start i would never buy a car here ever agian i told them the bill is 406 and they say you got the car as is what is that they would not even help with the bill and then i ask if they do any kind of checks on the cars they sell and they dont i then said how can you sell a car if you don't know something is wrong with it they said your not telling me how to run my shop all i have to say is run run run fast don't buy a car here it will not last and if you do buyer beware that is all i have to say
