Buttermore Appliance business has been bought out by Van's. This business (Buttermore Appliances) I would have given a 5 star rating. They always took care of their customers. Now, it is with Van's and now they are less than 1 star. They don't have time to take care of the work that Buttermore did. Even thou I was told by someone else there at Van's that they honor all the appliances that were bought thru Buttermore Appliances. They are VERY RUDE in Appliance service (Casey). Let alone -- leave a message two days ago and several today and NO CALL BACK!!! Even speaking to her next in command (Christy) wasn't very great either. Oh blah blah blah, we can't even service our appliances for our own store than take on what Buttermore did. We lost workers. Well, if they treated them like I got treated no wonder why they lost employees... I will never use them and will spread the word that they just can't honor any warranty work!!!
