I bought a ring from zales for my fiancee three weeks ago however she needed to have it re-sized. After bringing it to zales in Auburn, MA for re-sizing, we were told that the ring should be done and ready to be picked up in no later than 2 weeks. After the two week period elapsed, we never received a call from anyone from zales. We called to check on the ring on numerous occasions and repeatedly got the bs line "your ring is not ready; will call you as soon as the ring is ready". I believe no one cared to actually check on the ring all those times we called!!! Almost 3 weeks after we dropped of the ring, we were told that somehow an associate had made a mistake and tagged our ring for a diamond replacement instead of a re-sizing and therefore the ring had been sitting idle at the warehouse for almost 3 weeks. They then promised to have the ring overnighted to the store and sent for re-sizing again. We are still waiting to receive the ring. I have to say I completely regret ever buying a ring from Zales and i'm dreading my fiancee having to deal with their sloppy and careless service in the future. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER RING FROM ZALES AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.... EVER!!!!!
