If you have an emergency do not count on aspen to get you in. Oh you can come and sit in the lobby and hope they can see you. They could be cleaner. More personable. They are not on time. Will not return.

Aspen is the worst i have been too. If you have an emergency and your a client FORGET IT. Your not being seen. SO once you'v made the appointment and you go . I expected xrays and a cleaning. I got xrays but no cleaning. WHY their too busy. Previously i tryed to get in for an emergency. Which i had been before but over a year. No way were they going to fit me in. so i knew it was under my bridge so i went to the enterdontist and low and behold i needed another route canal. Then i go to pay in full mind you. And they said i had a 128.00 due. i said from what. well it was back when . They said the insurance didn't pay that amount. I said i got no bill or I would have put that on my card. So why wasn't that done. well she didn't know. I mean i was beyond upset at that point. I said so your not taking my payment because i owe you 128.00. which of course i will pay. But i just walked out. and now looking for a more concerned Dental office.
