This store is more than happy to take your money but if you have an issue with your purchase and are not tech savvy you will be extremely disappointed. I wanted to buy an up to dated phone and they sold me one that was damn near obsolete....I had to go get a manager when I had a problem because the salesperson was too busy giving me lip about it to be helpful. I just called to have them tell me where I could find something on the phone because its hard for me to come in to the store (I am physically handicapped) and even after I explained my situation he told me that he could not help me over the phone. If there is anything I know for sure it is that these people who work in the phone section know everything about every detail of every phone they carry....they are just to damn lazy to want to help and the person who picks up the phone and "screens or directs" the calls have attitude and are about as mean spirited as you can get. My advice? Stay far away from Best Buy in Auburn!

Whenever I visit Best Buy, they always have what I need in stock. Staff is usually able to answer my questions and the store has a clean appearance. I like they fact that they have open box items that you can try out before you buy. Whenever I need electronics, Best Buy is where I go.
