Not happy

Last two visits the waitress threw menu on table and didnt ask whether i wanted soda or water to drink. I wasted a whole glass of soda due to her mistake and why pay 2.29 for it on top of ten dollars for meals? They were better last night but the prices are outrageously too high. People cant afford top dollar nowadays no matter if low income or not and why do they cut seniors and kids a break price wise but the wont the rest of us?

We were very disappointed with our visit to Denny's tonight, Friday December 11th 2009 at approximately 7:45pm. The resturant was not clean, it has large dust balls and cob webs hanging over head from the ceiling. The air vents in the ceiling were dirty with dust and cob webs. The table we were seated at was dirty with food dried on it.

Our waitress was not very professional.. We ordered drinks to be brought to us with our meal and never recieved them. She came to us and asked us if we were ready to order dessert while we were still eating our meal, it was then we told her she forgot our drinks and alls she could say was, "oh yeah". Never offered to go get them for us, so we told her to just take it off our bill.

She spent most of her time standing at the counter visiting with a couple customers instead taking care of our order.

I believe our ticket said the server # was 69. She took that ticket and never returned it back to us.

It was the first time I had bad service with Denny's. I could not believe how dirty it was and the dust and cob webs.My nose got all stuffed up and runny from the dust, as we were sitting under one of the air vents.

I have had better service and in a cleaner resturant at the Augusta resturant.

I am sorry to have to make this complaint, I like it better when I have a compliment to make.

The waitress needs to get her priorties in order and pay attention to the customers orders. She also needs to be more personable.

The resturant manager needs to get on her staff about keeping it clean, not sanitary at all.

Not very happy

I was at Denny's today, and usually I am very happy when I leave. I go at least once a month. Well I ordered The chicken ranch sandwich (sorry if that's not the exact name) and it did not have the bacon on it. That was not a major issue because they can just bring me some and I can put it on myself. Mistakes happen. However, it was not swiss cheese on it and the waitress, who by the way was very nice and understanding, said that is the swiss that you use. It taste just like American cheese. There was no swiss to it. How you pass that off as swiss is beyond me but I will say that is false advertising and I left very unhappy. I didn't even eat the sandwich. Lots of times I let things go but I just couldn't let this go. I really hope the menus or the cheese changes to fix this issue.
