Since our beginning in 1962, the travel industry has gone through several changes, as has our business. One thing that has not changed however, is the way we do business. As a family owned business, we make the customer our first priority. All other agencies say the have customer service. Our 40 years in business is our proof! The last several years have not been kind to the travel industry, yet despite that we have grown and prospered. We are more excited than ever about the future and look forward to serving you long into it! In 1995 we made the decision to join Carlson Wagonlit Travel, the second largest travel organization in the world. In doing so, we were able to give our customer the best of both worlds. The service and customer focus of a family run business, as well as the buying power and clout of a travel powerhouse. In 2007, Carlson transformed into what is now Travel Leaders which better indicates our role in Travel Industry. Since 1995, we have tripled in size but still retain a small company feel and philosophy. While the internet has played a tremendous role in travel, people still like the convenience of walking into their local agency and chatting with their agent. Part of that convenience is locations. We have 3 locations throughout Southern & Central Maine for you convenience.
