I want potential clients to know Mr. White is an exceptional bankruptcy lawyer. When I first met Mr. White to file for bankruptcy I was embarrassed by the social label associated with it, confused by my own hap hazard research on the subject compounded by urban myths, and the fear of the unknown effects of filing for bankruptcy. His calm, patient manner was a great help to me when my frustration was at an all-time high. He spoke to me like a person and Not like a potential source of income. He broke the bankruptcy process into the basics nuts and bolts thus alleviating my stress about all the unknowns by taking the time to educate me about the entire process from beginning to end. His knowledge of the laws, the entire bankruptcy process in concert with his attention to detail , and hi problem-solving abilities are rare indeed. This was proven to me during the time of the first meeting with the State trustee. Everything was in order, no missing information, no going back to the drawing board to regroup wasting time. It was exactly how I wished it would go. Without a hitch! The entire process from hiring Mr. White to the final decision from the Board took the exact amount of time that he forecasted to me ( every case is individual so I refrain from putting in an exact time frame) .I highly recommend this law firm to anyone seeking to file bankruptcy.

Would not take calls or return calls and produced no product but did cash my check. At the initial meeting on September 4,2014 it was agreed that he would do a name change on a deed which I provided and draw up an easement using a survey I provided. He cashed my check. On September 22,2014. I called him to get the status of the work he was doing and he suggested a meeting on Sep 24th but called and canceled two hours before the meeting. I called him nine more times in 2014. He did not take the calls and I left a request for a return call with his secretary each time. He never returned a call. In December 2014 he actually took a call apologized and said the work was almost complete and that I would get it in ten days. Called twice more in 2015. By January 22,2015 I had received nothing. By the end of May I had received nothing. I sent two emails requesting the return of my fee and documents. No response.

We paid installments of 500.00.He assured us that his representation would be helpful.He insisted that there was no need for us to personally attend our court date(though we preferred to)as it was procedure and he would be there on our behalf.We later received a "failure to appear,"as he never appeared in court for us.When we attempted to reach him,his office never put us through.We placed countless calls,left several messages and never heard from him again.
