We were treated great at point of sale. Dave was our salesman, and he gave us a super deal on a jeep. It wouldn't start the next day. They suddenly were not available to help us, leaving the Jeep in our dooryard until the following day. Sent no loaner, and made a big deal out of paying to have it fixed. Almost a month later, we still have no jeep, and no loaner...

Very nice, very accommodating, and got me where I needed to be as far as financing and budget-wise.

I recently purchased a 2007 Jeep Compass from K&R. The salesman Matt, stayed late at the dealership to find the best financing to fit my budget, and was very polite and courteous.The Jeep came with the normal 30 day or 1000 mile warranty, that you would expect from any used car dealer. After 32 days and about 1200 miles, the transmission went. Oh No! So I called K&R to see if there was anything they could or would do to help. They said "Bring it in and we'll take a look." They supplied me with a decent loaner vehicle while they were checking out my Jeep. They replaced my Transmission and told me that the new transmission now has a 1 year warranty as well!! Amazing! I am very pleased with the customer service before, during and after the sale. I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

I bought my 2007 Honda Accord EXL from this location. I absolutely love it. I'm a college student and a full time worker, and the car they put me in is the best thing that has happened in my life time. The device was phenomenal and I love the can-do attitude. I highly recommend this dealership.

K & R have great car sales. I was recommended by one of my friends he had bought his car here and has had no problems with them not financing neither with staff. This was the main reason I came here I was looking for a place that would help me and care about their customers what more can I ask for if they helped my close friend out I’m sure they would help me too that’s what I thought at the time and YES they did.
