I had gotten a ride from this gentleman and his dog today. My experience outstanding enjoyable. The guy was very polite and made you feel welcome in his taxi. The dog was really good he was just sitting there in the front seat with his owner being good. I never heard a bark or anything. I will definitely take this cab over and over I need to go somewhere. He is very reasonable on his prices also. Highly recommended.

I called they asked how many people I said 1 adult 2 kids he said nope I got a dog in the car I personally wouldn’t waste my time even calling them

Advertises 24 hour dispatch. Called the night before to schedule a 7:30 AM pick up and he said they don't open until 9 AM which makes me wonder if they are really much of a taxi business.

Superb customer service!! The gentleman who came to our house to pick up my family for our ride to the airport arrived earlier than scheduled.

He was very clean cut and his cab was spotless.

I would strongly recommend calling Tri Town Taxi for any ride no matter how short or how far. This is not your typical cab company!!!

Terrible customer service! Whoever answered phone was very impatient sounded jacked up on pills, coke, or worse. Actually got hung up on due to ignorance of employee. If that was the owner, even worse. Wow, and you're still in business, haha, good luck in life with that attitude. Hope your day goes better man!

I got into a car accident and needed a ride to a physical therapy appointment. In my head-injured state I forgot my cash, and they brought me to an ATM. Also because of my accident, I couldn't remember my pin to withdraw cash! I was so embarrassed! But since they knew my appointment was only 30 minutes, they brought me to my doc, came back in half an hour to bring me home and let me give them the cash upon my return. They weren't even irritated with me, they were very sweet about it. I tipped them very well for being so kind, patient, accommodating, and understanding. The driver was so genuinely friendly and just a "real" honest down-to-earth guy. I will be using them again (and remembering my wallet next time!).

These guys are the best! They're always on time, get me where I'm going with verve and humor. It's fun to ride with Matt and his guys...like riding with my brother.
