Provided by YP.comAllegations of abuse were brought to the attention of the nurse for several month and again to another nurse. the caregiver was always complaining and was verbally abusive. The insurance company is now investigating and there are other agencies that will be notified The corporate office never responded to the online complaint process and they cut off services without warning and left the place so dirty other parties had to do the work. there are fraud complaints being submitted to the insurance for billing issue concerning services nerver provided by caregiver. several parties were notified of abusive practices and this was disregarded
