Probably the worst cab company out there. I call a cab to go to my local supermarket and 50 minutes later it doesn't show. I decide to call and cancel since I just wasted my night waiting for a taxi that would never show. Then to top it all off, sometimes they'll make you share a ride with other people!! I've never heard of such a thing. Also, both parties riding must pay their own fee, they don't even split!!! Definitely don't waste your time and money on these idiots!! I called to cancel and the guy hung up on me!!

Terrible customer service. Dispatcher hangs up on customers instead of resolving complaints. Ride to destination was down right scary. Dispatcher left us stranded upon calling for a return ride three times.

This company is the most disrespectful taxi service i have ever used the dispatcher hangs up on you and the drivers tell oh he dose that all the time and theres no point going to the ownerthat lives at the scottish inn in auburn ny room 26.
