I was totally unsatisfied with the lack of customer service from this company. I brought my John Deere push mower in for a repair ,paid $150.00 to have it serviced, used it once to mow my 1/2 acre lawn and now it won't start again. When I called to inquire about it not starting they suggested that I bring it back in. I suggested that the come out to my home (less than 1 mile away )to either service it on the spot or take it in to repair what ever they didn't take care of the first time . He said that he had no way of knowing that I didn't do something to it after the repair to make it not run again so it was up to me to bring the mower back to him. I will not be using this company with the "no service" in the future as I believe my money will be better spent else where.
