Joe took our medical mission trip team and all our luggage from Syracuse to JFK and back for our recent trip to Ghana. We were transported in the party bus and Joe was very prompt, accommodating and flexible, stopping as we asked along the way. He was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived back and assisted with luggage. This is the second time we have used them for trips to JFK. We were very happy with the service and will definitely use J&J Limo again.

Everything was perfect for our daughters wedding day “Thank You Joe Catalfano” couldn’t have asked for anything more. Drivers were on time which was very important to us. Buses were spotless and drivers were dressed appropriately. Itinerary was followed excactly the way we wanted it done.

Excellent Service. On Time and provided top quality service. Recommend Highly. Did a casino tour and everything was perfect.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The driver hit my vehicle on my daughter's wedding day. I had to take the owner to small claims court to get the money for the damage. Also, the limo smelled of alcohol because the driver did not clean it from the day before. The owner's response was that he would offer my daughter a discount on her next booking. Please do not use this company. If you do, expect the worst.

Absolutely horrible service. Never showed up to pick up wedding guests at their hotels. Guests had to DRIVE to the venue themselves. Charged $800 bucks in advance and never offered a refund or excuse. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY.
