Sorry nothing good to say. got a trogen even with McAfee. Called JEF and took in our tower. told them to clean all files but save all pictures onto a disc. Simple enough RIGHT, apparently NOT.



First they called us to find out how ( this sounds too stupid to write) to turn it on. we're thinking OH NO.

2 days later they call us that its ready we go pick it up and of course someone different is there. we pay and take the tower home.

Couldn't turn it on the start button was very stiff the first few times

cant run DVDs or CDs

pictures were all screwed up.

run system files have gaps in them



And they tell us to bring it BACK in to look at it.



WILL NOT USE OR RECOMMEND THEM.
