Kozy Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new central AC unit and attic fan in the upstairs of our new home. Mike and his guys were all nice and I trusted them enough to give them the house key, so they could come and go as needed. This installation was completed during the hottest days of the summer. When I asked him about putting in tankless water unit, he was honest and told me the set up we had was just like one and would be better for us. Kozy will be our go to AC, heating and plumbing company as long as we're in Ithaca. Trustworthy, genuinely nice, and good people are what I experienced.
