I took my JD 332 in for oil and filter changes, they gave it back not running right and told me they tried to fix it but could not. Charged me 325.00 and told me I would have to take it somewhere else. It ran ok when I left it. They worked on it and now it runs ruff. So they dumped it on me and said too bad. IT is now two weeks later, I took it Land pro Equipment to get it running correctly. They said someone had taken pump for injectors out and that parts where missing. To rebuild pump and labor the bill came to1631.25$ I have asked M&R to pay for this still awaiting answer. Before I take them to court. Filed with small claims court today feb. 16 22 Court case hearing on march 16 let you know more after that. court ordered M&R pay me for Parts not Authorized by me !00.00$ and basically said things go wrong with 35 year old tractors.

This place is well stocked and seems to be a fair value. I asked the owner for a written quote to show my wife. He refused to give a written quote. That is way out of normal business practices to me. Have you ever had a cashier tell you your total is one thing but refuse to show you proof? I don't think so! I will not do business with this place because they are pushy and shady!
