Where do I start? The manager of the grooming talked me right into getting my 5 month old puppies first haircut with her, big mistake! She was supposed to trim a half inch off all over, she scalped my poor boy! She shaved his feet down to about nothing, she shaved his bridge of his nose down to nothing at all and left his mustache really long, he looked like a 13 year old schnauzer and he is a yorkie bichon! The horrible mustache she left on him was one inch longer on one side than the other, he had short and long patches all over his whole body, my 11 year old niece could of done better!!!!! He smelled horrible, I had to give him a haircut and the shop I work at while my mom held him, thank god I'm a hairdresser so I kind of fixed it but it is way to short to fix I just have to let it grow:( not to mention he was acting doppy for 6 hrs after like they drugged him or something, please don't ever take your pets here, if you do don't have the sloppy manager do it!!!!!!!!
