Took good care of my dog and been back a couple times. Clean and friendly. The dog seems happy when we go there and good natured when he comes home. Good to have a place for him when we travel.

This is the worst place ever! Do not board your animals here. The facilities are gross and they took very poor care of my dogs. They both came back with Colitis (bloody diarrhea) and had sores and scrapes. They never called me to tell me they were sick or brought them to a vet. They simply stopped feeding them!!!!! They gave me back full bags off food that I had left them for the weekend. They leave the animals alone all day and even though I had signed them up for extra walks, they never took them out. They just didn't charge me for them at the time of pick up. DO NOT GO HERE!

I bring my dogs to Windsong 5 or 6 times a year. The people there know the dogs and take good care of them. It's not that expensive compared to other kennels we've used and walks outside are included. Highly recommended.

I have brought my 3 dogs here for over 3 years now. I know they are well taken care of because my old dog is always calm when I pick him up and normally he looks nervous from other places! The people there know my dogs and treat them like their own! I highly recommend them!

I've been using this kennel for about 4 and a half years, usually at least once every couple of months. My dog comes back happy and is pretty much like he never left home. We like knowing he's safe and in good hands.

what a load of garbage. This place is a total dump. My dogs were really sick. I had to take them to the vet for medicine after I picked them up from this "kennel." There were no long walks for the dogs unless you paid extra for them. There was no "air conditioning when I picked them up. Either they didn't have any or it wasn't turned on. I don't expect my dogs to be totally bathed; however I do expect the feces to be cleaned off of them before you give them to me to put in my car. There are plenty of other kennels that do a fine job but this isn't one of them. Do yourself and your pets a huge favor and give this one a pass.

What an awful place. Do not take your dogs here if you want them treated well. They stay in the kennel 15 hours a day. They lock them up at 5 pm and don't let them out until 8 am. When I went to pick them up they were covered in feces and they didn't even wash them off. The "manager" was completely rude and unprofessional. It was very hot and I'm not sure there were any fans or anything to keep them cool and it was in the upper 90's all week. I would NEVER go there again!
