I purchased items for my business in July. I really liked the service then and Tax time I had misplaced my reciept and they where more than happy to e-mail it to me. Thank you for taking a load off. I haven't had any problems with the equipment either. Thank you very much.

I've been shopping at Agrishop with my family for years. I have never experiene anything but wonderful customer service. The people back in the Service and Parts counters have always gone out of their way to help me and do anything they can to get me back in my yard mowing. I always reccomend this place to all my friends.

bought a cutting bar (new) for my California hey basicly jacked me for $80.00 with no remorse. I've refused to ever go there again or sent anyone there.

I've lived in Auburn, WA for 30 years and support our home town local small businesses, Well... up until recently.On 4-24-2010 I went to the Auburn local Ace Hardware & AgriShop to order a simple part for my Briggs & Stratton generator, Given I supplied the model number, serial number, plus make & model of the part ordered, on paper. To make a long story short, One week later, I went to pick up the part only to discover it was the wrong part. I re-ordered the part only to receive an over exaggerated negative attitude from Darren's girlfriend, forcing the ordering mistake toward me. Three weeks later, I was finally able to pick up the correct part, however at the time of installation I discovered the part had handling damage. later I was told by the owner Darren to "quote" get the hell out of my store, as I asked for a refund. later I bought the same $60 part on ebay for $15. Darren stole my $60!

I recently bought my Stihl chainsaw at the Auburn store and I was really happy with the help I received from them. They walked me through everything and made sure I was happy with my new machine. I will continue to go back to them for my other purchases.

Having worked for Agri Shop for ten years I know they always hire quailty people who are well trained and have product knowledge they have excellent service depatments and a wide selection of equipment, plants and just about any thing you want. The owners are great people and treat their employees very well. I will always visit when in need of something or just stop in to say hi to all my old friends. Thanks for for treating me like family for over 20 years
