Last time they advertised for help in public works the job only paid $11.00 per hr. The only thing I ever see them do is mow grass. Lots of things are in disrepair in this town. On entering the city heading north from the south end of town there is a sign that states "Traffic Laws Strictly Enforced" What this means if your only (1) mile over the speed limit they will pull you over and try to arrest you for anything.
