Excellent! I live in Lacey, WA and was searching for a 2015 Kia Sedona SXL. I was contacted by various sales representatives from different dealerships that were closer to my house. When Mr. Guy Brown (Auburn Kia Valley) contacted me I noticed his sincerity and honesty in finding me the van that I wanted. Mr. Guy Brown promised me a great deal and he delivered on his promise. I purchased a 2015 Kia Sedona SXL from Mr. Guy Brown and it was the best car buying experience I have had in my 40 years of purchasing automobiles. Although I by-passed a number of Kia dealerships located between Lacey and Auburn, dealing with Mr. Guy Brown was well worth it. Awesome. Service was very good, helpful, and friendly. Definitely worked to make sure we got the best price possible. They let us take a test drive, and they worked very hard to make sure we found the model we liked. They actually went out of their way to find a color of the model we wanted and exchanged it with another dealer. Again, awesome service. Jordan did an outstanding job.

My husband and I came in today with the intent to look only. Joe was our Salesman and he was very helpful and friendly. After test driving a couple cars that my husband liked, he let Joe know which one he was interested in and Joe went right to work trying to make things work out financially for us. We let him know that our payments could not be over a certain amount and Joe went out of his way to accommodate us. Today we are leaving with a brand new car thanks to the persistence of our Salesman. I would definitely tell people that I know to come here for good quality and service. Thank you!

Fantastic Transaction!!! Jordan you are the man!!! Got the exact and I mean exact car at the exact price I wanted. The speed the transaction was so quick that I thought maybe I did not negotiate hard enough. I got the price that I was willing to pay and the payment I wanted to spend, and I think everyone is happy. I know I am.

I've always been a little weary about car dealers but I'm glad I visited Dan and his staff this weekend. They found a nice truck for me and my family and got me financed even though I have bad credit. I can't thank them enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone!
