Provided by YP.comMy car was over-heating, Bucky's said I needed a new radiator. That didn't fix it, my first 20 minute drive I was over-heating again. I paid Bucky's $350 to not fix my car. That never feels good.

Provided by YP.comI needed to get my timing belt done and they did it for over 500 less then the dealership and were super nice to me then replace my headlight bulb for free. Trish even gave me a ride all the way home!

Provided by YP.comComments: I wanted to write about the service I received on April 3rd and
April 6th at the Auburn/Kent location. I have to say that I am not a fan of
Bucky\'s having been only once, and I did not get the kind of service I was
hoping for at other locations. Friends and family said that Bucky\'s is the
worst place to take your car to. I decided to try Bucky\'s once more only
because my regular mechanic was not able to do the necessary repairs quickly
for me. They suggested Bucky\'s and expressed that they often buy parts and
the mechanics are really good, They said they trusted this location. I
agreed having reservations.. When I spoke with Trish over the phone, I was
delighted with her friendly voice, and I was also impressed not only with
her customer service but how knowledgeable she was! Trish is an ASSET to the
company. She not only engaged me in conversation while I waited but within
minutes she had 5 people waiting, the phone rang several times and she was
able to handle all of that. Me and the few other people waiting were engaged
in conversation with her for quite some time she really seemed like she
cared and even when I left I felt like I wanted to come back. However, I
will be only going to this location as it is rated more stars than the other
locations. The only negative thing I would say is that the mechanics looked
over worked they seemed irritated not with Trish but it was obvious that it
was something else. They explained everything to me clearly and even let me
look under my car when it was on the hoist. Overall I\'m very satisfied with
this location and just wanted to write a compliment for TRISH because she\'s
wonderful! :)
