My name is Dr. Diemandezi a dentist practicing in the area and I have to say working with this particular lab has been one of the worse experiences of my entire career. The saddest part in dentistry is when people just don't care about the patients or their work. We had a denture made at this place and it was so terrible. The tech ignored the doctors instructions and the denture literally fell out of the mouth with no retention. A flipper was made also with no retention and when one of the staff members called the lab they answered by saying they wouldn't remake the flipper and if they did they wanted the flipper back prior to making the other which replaced front teeth. So this man expected our wonderful patient to be walking around without front teeth just because his lab didn't do a good job. Never use them. Patient care should be number 1 and not second or third and I guess to these people is not even important. I wish I could give a zero.
