My wife and I took over management of College Place Manufactured Home Community on May 1, 2016. We work for First Commercial Property Management of Seattle. We have worked very hard to improve the appearance of the park as well as build positive relationships with the residents here. Our goal for College Place to be a safe, attractive and enjoyable community to live in. In the four months we have been here we have received a lot of positive feedback and feel like things are moving in the right direction. I felt it necessary to post this in light of the negative comments and reviews that had been posted in the past. If you have any comments, questions or suggestions please don't hesitate to contact us.

If you want to rent a mobile home space from the most EVIL, NASTY, GREEDY, VILE woman on earth, rent from SHARON at College Place Mobile Home Community. If you want any kind of peace in your life, DON'T rent from SHARON, you'll regret it, in my humble opinion. Former owner/renter of space #57

Oh if I were talking to my best friend I would use choice words not recommended for public reviews, so I will tone it done...

I am a nanny here, and every time I have seen the woman she has yelled at me for being in the neighborhood. I can't walk the kids to the bus stop because she is here in the AM (seems to be only here then) and stands on her front porch to apparently harass people as they walk by. She insisted on a background check for me because I am here "too often" and then refused to accept it, because attached was a protection order from abusive husband, and she "didn't want to deal with that."

As for the resident issues, I have been told she is even worse. She threatened to call CPS because an ice storm left tree branches in the front yard for a whole week. She threatened to evict them because their yard was not mowed while they were in Children's hospital due to two year old seizures, and I quote, "I don't accept excuses. Figure it out or move out." was the response to a very kind letter written in apology for the yard being a mess when they returned. She sent Animal Control over to collect my dog that comes with me but does not live here without so much as a written notice he was a problem, apparently because he is over the 50lb limit, even though his breed was supposed to max out at 50 and he is not overweight, but apparently mixed with something bigger. She has of course gladly been accepting the pet deposit I have been paying for him being here during the day, which she requires even for indoor cats. Yes cats that are never intended to touch her property whatsoever you are required to pay a monthly pet deposit on.

In short, it looks like a wonderful place to live on sight alone, and there is not enough reviews warning people. There is a very good reason so many slots are open, and mobiles for sale. The landlord is a tyrant with possible memory problems, cause we have had the same conversation every time she has yelled at me.
