From the salesman Spike, to the very nice lady Beth at the sales counter and not to forget the mechanic Mike, are all great people. There is no wish or want that is too much for them. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I am at a loss. I saw three extremely negative reviews that referenced Hinshaw's Motorcycle Store. Although they were owned by the same owner' my experience with the Indian Store is all positive. Spike, Craig, Ashley and Mike in the shop have done everything in their power to make my Indian experience great! From purchase to service, they are number one in my book. I cannot address any problems that have been experienced by Hinshaw customers but can say that because of Auburn Indian I purchased and ride an Indian Vintage. This is after severn new Harleys. The best way to find out is to go and see for yourself.

Think twice before coming here to purchase a bike or for service on your bike. There is no loyalty to returning customers. They laugh at you when you try to negotiate. There service department is horrible too. They obviously don't know how to service bikes properly and take no pride in their work. We brought our bike here to be serviced after an accident . We told them we wanted to keep the parts they said no problem. Had to return for more work done after things were missed. We asked to keep the parts again. This time they said they belonged to the insurance company. We asked for them anyway and we were told all the parts had been thrown away. A week later when we checked the oil we discovered they had put too much oil in the bike. When we changed the oil the oil that came out was so dirty and grimey. Never going back to Hinsaws again.

Needed a generator, got soaked for way too much markup. Learned my lesson, staying away for future purchase of ATV.

When I first walked in to the ...

When I first walked in to the store I was warmly greeted by a guy with tats and piercings, My kind of store, but when I met with John the salesman I had been in contact with via e-mail for three days who assured me they had the bike I wanted and that I could come in for a test ride, he told me there where no bikes ready to ride and that it would take 2 plus hours to get one ready. He made fun of me when I asked about possibly test ridding a different bike when I got the letters wrong and he told another sales guy right in front of me that if I did not buy this bike someone else would which made me feel that much more important as a potential customer. The other sales man where very friendly and nice and they do have most of the major brand Japanese bikes there to potentially test ride but it is too bad about you John and I wish you good luck in the future.
