I cannot believe that this shop is still up and running. Horrible customer service. They will make you feel like you're the problem, like you're the reason it's taking so long for the your car to be fixed.

Brought my 2000 Nissan Maxima in for overheating issues. They are honest with their recommended repair. Also, very fair with prices.

I wish I read the reviews on this place before I brought my car in. First thing... absolutely no customer service. I would call in many times to get hung up on. When I did get a hold of someone, they would tell me my car is almost done, "it will be ready in 3 days, Tuesday, next Tuesday, next week." Well, a few weeks after that i finally got my car back...with a few more problems than it originally had. My transmission blew a couple of weeks after having it back and my clutch went out. So here I am looking for a new car. I only recommend this place to...actually I don't recommend this place to anyone. GO TO A BETTER SHOP!!!!! Stay away from this one.

The day I had wrk done I had an emergency so I did not have the funds to pick up the car same day. J and M kept my car safe in their shop for a couple days. These guys don't mess around. they are elite! Also saved a few bucks bringing the car to them which is always a plus.

Joey is the nicest person you could meet, but underneath his sheep clothing is a wolf! Be very careful when dealing with this croak! He will make sure to keep you coming back for more repairs that did not exist before. Also, never ever pay him cash! This place should be called, Auburn Auto Repair Robbery!

I stopped by j and m to inspect a car I bought. 1st they showed me the problems. Then I approved the work. they showed me the old parts when they were done. It's a nice laid back place.

I've been to J&m several times for various repairs / oil changes. They are very fair with prices and are respectful to customers. On one visit to their shop they gave me a ride home because the work being done on my car was a 4 hour job. No one is perfect but these guys are close!

I had to take my car in to them multiple times, as in more than a handful, and they still didn't fix my car. I ended up taking it to another shop and they fixed my car the first time. After I called to complain and let them know, the owner proceeded to yell at me, tell me I was a liar, call the shop where my car was actually getting fixed, call me back, then proceed to text me basically yelling at me after I already told him to stop contacting me. I don't know any business that has such shotty service as well as CUSTOMER service, or rather lack there of. I will never take a car here ever again!

I had J and M auto fix my 1989 toyota 4x4 truck and they had to fix what another shop screwed up and joey help me and got my truck running and back on the road i like the service at J and M auto.

TO THE OWNER OF J&M, AS I CAN SEE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE YOU WROTE A BAD CHECK TO, THERE ARE BETTER WAYS TO MAKE A LIVING THEN LYING TO YOUR VENDORS AND WRITING THEM BAD CHECKS, YOU SAID IN ONE OF YOUR REVIEWS THAT YOUR SHOP IS ALWAYS BUSY IT MUST BE FREE WARRANTY WORK BEING DONE BECAUSE AS EVERYONE CAN SEE YOU HAVE NO MONEY, YOU JUST KEEP ON WRITING BAD CHECK AND DOING HORRIBLE WORK, AND AS FOR THE SHOP THAT YOU SAY IS WRITING ALL THESE "BAD REVIEWS" HE IS ONE OF THE BEST SHOPS IN AUBURN AND HAS MONEY TO PAY HIS VENDORS AND AS FAR AS HIS SHOP BEING EMPTY IT'S BECAUSE HE DOSE IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME SO HIS COSTUMERS DON'T HAVE TO COME BACK 4 TIMES TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT MAYBE YOU SHOULD TRY THIS AND YOU WONT HAVE SO MANY CARS IN YOUR PARKING LOT. YOUR WORK AND BUSINESS ETHIC IS HORRIBLE I KNOW YOUR NOT LONG FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY.

i brought my car to j and m auto service for check engine light on, found out that my catyletic converter was bad so i took it to the dealer for a second opinion and yes it was the converter and the dealer wanted 1100.0 but j and m did it for 450.00 and my car can go fast going up the hill. not only that i saved 700.00 they were right about the problem and honest about it. thanks to j and m auto service and crew

there is a shop across the street thats putting all these false reveiws. my shop is always busy for a reason, so you need to stop that bs false advertiser , advertise more so you can be busier not bad mouthing competitors, so grow up buddy and find ways to keep your shop busy cause your lot is always empty cause your ripping your customers off. so dont beleive these false reveiws come to j and m and expirience the best service in auburn...honesty is whats keeping my shop so busy ..low cost repairs, honest repairs, short in cash we will help you .. so come see for yourselfs. thank you all....s

these guys are not professional,the owner makes you pay the cos of the repair BEFORE the job is even done,they "fix" your problem and end up messing up something else and they say "well its not us" kinda BS is that,anyways id rather pay more at fires-tone then with these jack-offs.

Stay away from this CLOWNS.They don't know what they are doing and and this place looks like a JUNK YARD.J&M auto knows nothing about fixing cars.Some one told me they use recycle oil on peoples cars.
