Provided by YP.comn the last 20 years, I have always defended this place even when others said negative things. The dentists are great but the administration that runs the office lacks customer relations.
In 20 years, I had one no show for a cleaning appointment which was totally my mistake and one time I had to cancel an appointment due to a business trip that I was told about at 6pm and had to leave next am at 6am. I called and cancelled the cleaning appt but it wasn't within their time frame needed Two times out of 20 years and they are charging me a $50 fee and until paid I cannot return.
My wife has had approx. 13 root canals, 15 crowns, a partial, teeth pulled, etc. totals around $50,000 and they want to charge me $50.
Poor customer relations to do this to long standing patients!!
