I have had nothing but good service from Terry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He has worked on my ford Taurus and has always backed his work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would send anyone to him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my Jetta there last summer (Sept 10). I had some minor things fixed (cup holder, glove compartment etc.) I called Terry twice asking for a quote. Both times he told me he was too busy to give me one. When he called me to come pick up my car it was $900. I am a college student and Terry was well aware of that and knew that was not in my budget. When I came to pick it up he started yelling at me. He told me how much he hated working on VW and that he was too busy and it was a pain in his a**. He continued to yell and scream. He started yelling at my mom calling me names I believe he called me a spoiled brat (which I believe he called me this because before we dropped my car off he told me he was too busy and I said okay no biggy I can take my car somewhere else then all of a sudden he had room) He continued screaming at us until we got into our vehicle.

That is not even the worst part. I got home, looked under my car and the whole under carriage covering my engine was torn off. I got another estimate to fix it and it is at least $250 just to order the part.

The first review I wrote about this he got angry and called my mom and told her he was losing customers. I wouldn't put it past him to take down this one as well.

This was by far the worst experience of my life. Save yourself a trip and a lot of heart ache. Don't go here!
