You and your Action Tax Team have been instrumental in keeping my business afloat! I am a die hard fan and will forever be in your debt!I went to Action Tax with many problems in my accounting and bookkeeping and even a couple of problems with my personal and business income taxes. Basically I was about to throw in the towel. Jake told me to take a deep breath and calm down while he looked everything over. He called on his other staff members to get involved and within 2 weeks I was back on track. He even offered me a QuickBooks class to help me so that this never happened again. I declined the class though and have them do everything for me now. This kind of peace of mind is priceless and they don't charge that much! I am so happy I took the chance to have them fix things instead of giving up. My business is now flowing the way I have always wanted it and growing too. I highly recommend them to any business owner as well as your average tax return customer. There's none better!!!

Allow me to begin by saying: IF YOU ARE SITTING ON BACK TAXES GET OFF YOUR BUTTS! Ahem. So if you can't tell I waited on my taxes thinking, well "If I don't think about them I won't have to deal with them." Unfortunately just because I didn't think about my taxes doesn't mean the IRS will, which brings me to my review. A few weeks back I received a nasty gram from our favorite revenue collecting agency, the IRS, stating an intent to levy or seize (gasp!) any assets necessary to satisfy my multiple years of debt, which according to the IRS, was above 30g's!!! Needless to say I was overwrought with anxiety when I came to the office and I am slightly ashamed to admit I cried a little at my tax preparer, who, God bless her heart, offered my a hankie and some tea. I literally dropped 2 boxes of everything important looking I could possibly find in her lap and begged her to make it better. Lo and behold two weeks later I have 3 of my 5 back returns completed and additional deductions that Carol was able to find me has lead to a significant reduction of my debt. What's more; Carol was good enough to send a letter of abatement in on my behalf to attempt to remove some of the fines associated with late filing.DO NOT WAIT. I trusted these ladies to get me out of some serious hot water and they rose to the challenge.I ain't out of the frying pan yet but I'm not going to boil alive either. So what have we learned? Don't wait for the IRS to light the fire under your feet and let Action Tax douse the flames of your anxiety.Gosh, didn't think I had some many metaphors in me.

I was nervous at first, I was leaving HR Block after a catastrophy (a whole nother review); but they put my mind at ease. They answered my questions clearly and they did there best to help me understand the tax process.I appreciated the individual attention that they gave me and I feel I got to form a relationship with my preparer.Next year I will save loads of stress knowing that I get to see MY tax professional; if I am going to release every detail of my life to anyone I'll be damned if it's another stranger!

Where do I start? My small business recentaly expanded and I had hired on a considerable amount of employees. The bookkeeper I had been using was either a swindler or an incompetent boob because my Payroll taxes were a mess and the IRS was asking questions and demanding money. I brought in my bookkeeping to Action Tax and let them know the pickle is was in. They looked into it and gave me homework: a list of things to do. It felt so good to be making progress after spinning my wheels for so long, I was finally getting straight answers and even though they are still in progress they have done more for my business in 2 months than the other bookkeeper did in 2 years.The name says it all: if you need action for any tax situation then these are the people to call.

My husband & I tried to do our taxes online but got confused. Then we went to H&R Block & were not happy with our service so we finally ended up at Action Tax in Auburn. They made our day! Not only were we happy with the service (the people there are great & the Receptionist is the BEST, friendly & cheerful!) we also ended up getting a small refund when we thought we were going to have to pay almost 5 grand! They found things that we did not know we could write off & it made a HUGE difference! I am so happy I found them & would tell anyone who asks to check them out!

Without them I'd have paid right about $9650 more this year! They set my small business up differently and now I'm forever after going to pay a lot less on my taxes, legal and joyously!

Nice little office, used to be the Tax Ladies, so that's prolly why it's still an all the staff are ladies. (with the notable exception of Jake the owner)I had Kim prepare my taxes, (a happy bubble of a person) who cheerfully answered all my questions and was so thurogh. She knew her stuff but wouldn't hesitate to bust out the big book of tax laws to clarify for me. I had a hour long appointment scheduled but she had me out the door in 45mins, (which was incredible because it has been a long time sense I had an EZ form LOL)Overall a great experience, there was a little confusion when it came time to pay, (they were in the middle of switching from day to night secratary) so I had to wait a bit.I would diffentatly reccomend Action Tax (and KIM) to anyone who appriciates the convevience of watching a pro handle everything.

They screwed up my taxes, now they think they can change there name to Action Tax and that makes there years of screw ups better? Judge for yourself when the IRS comes after you and they will not lift a finger to help, when they screwed up!Years of experience will not bring clients , only honesty and standing behind your mistakes you have made.
