Bob, the owner, was very honest and upfront about the process. My car was done very quickly and efficiently. He put in the extra effort to help me with my insurance company to get things moving along. I am a single mom with two kids and AUBURN VALLEY COLLISION got my car done on time and it looks great! I highly recommend them to anyone! They do not give you the run around and in fact give you daily updates!

Their service was great. My car was completed in a timely manner. They called and let me know where they were in the repair of my front end damage. Very helpful in what steps I needed to take in dealing with insurance claims and what the process would be. My car looked brand new-color blending was perfect. I have used them several times and every time they have done an excellent job. This last time I had to use them was a non-insurance paid issue. I called a bunch of places in the area and Auburn Valley Collision was the only one that said bring it in we can look at it for no charge. When they where done looking at it their quotes for fixing the issue were less than all the other quotes. Their work is always priced fair and done very well. They have a great staff who makes sure you are taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
