The company owner, Orland Mata, started out working in construction at the age of fourteen in California. He was repairing new homes where he installed putty, spackling, masking, sanding, among other jobs. He later progressed to rolling paint on the walls.Through this exposure he learned the ropes. He mastered the skills of the industry, and the mastery acquired in such training continues to shape his profession to this day.
