Anyone able to help with this??

Heeg Well& Pump - Very responsive in drilling our well last year and then, they sent paperwork in to state 6 months later for the WRONG address. Called them to correct it, then mailed a letter to them with the details on what needed to be fixed. They corrected the bill but did nothing with the DNR and water lab testing correction.

Checked to see if change was made about 3 months later, and it was not done. Called and called and called and got a call 1.5 months later promising changes with DNR and lab that tested. SEVEN months later STILL not done. I called DNR and got it changed there. Lab will not change address based on our request, well driller has to do it.

Now, (we are owner builder so we are slow on getting occupancy) when trying to get occupancy, we are running into well issues.

Called and called and called and called and called. This is unacceptable. Not even the decency of a phone call to say "I cannot get to you." This is ridiculous.... Thoughts?
