Very nice . A busy place.

My boyfriend and I used to live in Detroit Lakes and we recently got a new puppy. I spoke with my friends locally and we were referred to the vet in Audobon. From the get go, we were not impressed. The staff was not friendly or personable. They did not take the time to discuss anything in regards to our new puppy or asked if we had any concerns. They literally took our dogs mouth, shoved the vaccination medicine in his mouth and that was that. There was no assessment performed on him whatsoever. We have now relocated to Hanover and have visited a new vet to have our dog neutered. Come to find out our dog, Milo, has not received all of his vaccinations. In fact, he's missing a subpart of the distemper and distemper booster. He was also never started on Heartgaard, not was it ever mentioned. Needless to say, I have disgusted and furious with the service at Audobon. I value all animals, especially my own, and customer service is very important to me. If you value you your pets as if they are your own children, do not bring them to Audobon. I would rather pay more than ever go there again! The quality of care is much more important to me than the "bargain" you supposedly receive at Audobon.
