Nice place, friendly people, but the worst pedicure I've gotten.

I went there today for the first time and it was wonderful! So clean, relaxing, no tvs just great spa like music playing. The 4 ladies that work there speak English and are very knowledgeable about gel nails.It took almost 2 hours for pedi and mani and gel polish and so worth it.I will def be going back!

The owner and her staff accommodated my bridal party and I - a party of 14! With a minimal deposit, they closed the shop for just or party. They had snacks, drinks and a congratulations banner to make the time feel even more special. On top of the friendly staff, they really did a great job with our nails. Definitely recommend!

Five stars! I called at the last minute on a Saturday and they took me in right away. So nice!!!

My six year old daughter and I went to this establishment for a nice mommy daughter day and the lady there was rude. She made me feel like it was a hassle because my daughter didn't want to sit in my lap and use my water. She wanted to have her own water like a big girl. Also the colors my daughter picked out she changed because she didn't want to mix her glitters up and gave her a glitter color to go on top of her nails that she (the olderlady) picked out. I ended up repainting my daughters totes because the paint job was so bad. As for my feet they are still dry, its like I never had anything done to them. Tonight I will scrub them myself in the bathtub and finish what I paid 50 dollars at the nail place to have done. This place is a joke and I wouldn't spend another dime here!!

I have been coming to this business for almost a year and have always been greeted with a welcome and smiling faces. Excellent service every time with nice people to talk to. For the bad review, the one there is, you can please some of the people some of the time but not all if the people all of the time...hopefully she is having a better day!

Please don't waste your time or money on these rude and unprofessional people . I went there for the first time on 2/4/14 to get a gel fill and on 2/7/14 my nails were beginning to lift already. Due to being busy I wasn't able to get back over there until a few days later. When I tried to explain to the girl that my nails were less than a week old and they were lifting horribly and all I wanted was someone to fix them. She asked what was the name of the person who did my nails, I described the girl to her but I couldn't remember the name of the technician that did my nails but I had my receipt. She then said oh well she's not here and we have a two day policy and we can't do anything for you. So the owner came out and I asked her was this really the case? Because no one mentioned any type of two day policy to me when I got my nails done and it wasn't posted anywhere in the nail shop. I wasn't asking for money back but just to get them properly fixed. They both speculated that since I had a baby and didn't take care of my nails that's why they were lifting after a few days. I believe they took this route because I had my little girl(not a baby) with me this day. I asked the owner if she cared about losing a customer just because she couldn't take a few minutes and fix my nails....she said no and I can't do nothing for you. I must mentioned that there was absolutely NO customers in there at the time. But they refused to fix my nails and continued to argue with me telling me TO SHUT UP AND LEAVE. I couldn't believe that this was coming from someone who was trying to run a business! So I am warning everyone- if you want good customer service, a good nail job, and an enjoyable experience please do not waste your hard earned money going to this horrible place.
