If I could give half a star, I would.

At first, my hubsand and I were thrilled. We laid eyes on a beautiful sectional that was everything we wanted. And we were given a great deal and the sales associate was extremely friendly and help. But, let me rewind. I have previously had a terrible experience with American Freight back in TN--we were told a couch would take 3-4 weeks to arrive and it took 8. AND it was the wrong color when it finally did arrive. So, I explained this previous bad experience before we ever paid for the sectional, and was reassured that the sectional would arrive within 2-3 weeks, 30 days was worst case scenario. Well, tomorrow is our estimated delivery date and by this afternoon I hadn't heard from anyone. I called to see if the truck was arriving and was informed that "the manufacturer of sofa's workers went on strike and the trucks weren't running and it will be arriving HOPEFULLY sooner rather than later". No apology, no "let me discount that FULLY PAID FOR SECTIONAL", nothing. I wasn't even given a courtesy call that it would be delivered who knows how long past the delivery date. We currently don't even have a couch, and we have family coming into town in less than 2 weeks, so it was pretty important that this couch arrive on time. Now, we have waited 4 weeks for no reason, when we could have go elsewhere and had a couch within the week. How does a business not know when an ordered item will be arriving? Oh well, lesson learned. After the money for the couch is refunded, I'll never set foot back in that store, or any other American Freight.

Excellent prices!! I looked online at one of the items I wanted and it was $2081MORE than what American Freight was charging. Unreal. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is simple and incredibly friendly. This place is no frills and no b.s. Loved it.

Today my husband and I walked in for the first time at American Freight. We Were warmly greeted by Phillip with such helpful tips as we begin to look around. Phillip has such a great personality and very pleasant. He is very authentic in his people skills. He helped us so much narrow down in what we were looking for when it came to a king bed room set. We did lay way and are so excited to be getting our bed set for such an outstanding deal ! We will deft be spreading the word about you guys. Thank you Phillip and thank you to everyone else who works there. Thanks for making it a pleasant time of visit.

I got my furniture from them.. bedroom suite and love it.. so far

I had been to a few store previous and not found exactly what I was looking for and nor did I feel the sense of care and concern. When I walked into American Freight I was greeted with a warm hello, a warm smile and a firm hand shake at the door by Phillip at this point I knew this is where I needed to spend my money. It doesn't matter when I come into the store Phillip is very pleasant and make sure his customers are well taken care of at all times. I will advise anyone looking to purchase any type of household furniture to go and see Phillip at American Freight trust me you will not be disappointed.
