Giving Augusta RM a very short lead time, changing the order several time in the same day, changing the delivery time the day before, and finally changing the deliver time the day of delivery because of rain, August RM surpassed all my expectations. They were very pleasant on the phone, prompt on their delivery, drivers were extremely professional, and very easy to work with. I have worked with and as a contractor globally for over 25 years. Augusta RM is what all suppliers should strive to be like. Semper Fi!

I have to say that this company is one of the lowest of its kind. Not to mention they are a scheming one at that. I found this out by hiring them to pour a deck for me. I called them and asked for a pump mix for a deck that i was pouring in a back yard. Something I've done hundreds of times before. Not only did Augusta Not Ready Mix show up an hour late, but they also failed to clean their truck out from a delivery they had prior to mine. Admitted by the quality control guy who showed up 30 minutes later after i had complained that my pumper was clogged with their unusable mix. This guy proceeds to tell me that the mix was still good and that my pumper was too small. I showed him the 57 stone that was in the hopper of my pumper and he said that was normal. Yeah right! Who do you think you're fooling? So they decide to call one of their pumpers with a larger line and pump the now 2 1/2 hour old concrete that is now hot on my job. I asked the QC to please send me another truck and he said there was nothing wrong with the one that was there. People, you don't use 2 1/2 hour old concrete. Not unless you want a cracked up, spalled, gravel deck. That's not all. After I tell them no, and to please leave the job site, they leave a mess in the road. So two days later, I call American Concrete. I try to set something up with them. They tell me that due to the incident with Augusta Not Ready Mix, they can't do business with me. I asked if i could explain my side of the story, and they said that it was not necessary. Do not use these scheming companies. They don't care what they put down, and you are to blame for all their mistakes. By the way, I found an awesome concrete company and got my deck poured. I also used the same pumper that I've been using for years. So, Thanks Augusta Not Ready Concrete and Americrap Concrete for allowing me to find a new company that cares about their customers.
