The service was great, but the manager was awful! My dad ordered a medium hamburger and got his food well after everyone at our table. Matter of fact he actually had to ask for it like they forgot about it. It came out BURNT!!! When I say burnt I mean I eat my hamburgers well done and it was too done for me! The manager came over and offered to cook him another one but by the time she came over we had almost finished our food. My dad was hungry so he ate it and the manager didn't comp the meal bc he ate it and didn't want to wait for another one. Not sure why they didn't own up to making the mistake and not even send it out or comp it. I have worked at several restaurants and if someone is unhappy and it is justified we would comp it!! We will NOT return!!!!

Went in for lunch, place wasn't crowded wings where refrigerator cold and tasted like fridge. I love the place when the kitchen is being run like a kitchen. Manager didn't like that I said it's not fresh, didn't offer to fix the problem just removed wings from Bill.

Do not order drinks here. They are always always always watered-down. Even when you make the staff aware. If you pay for and alcoholic beverage, then that is what you expect to get. It is so unfair to pay for alcohol but get water.
