Do not count on reservations / parties

Messed up on reservations on Birthday get-togethers twice. Wrong cake cake delivered to wrong table twice. Assistant manager got loud with Vietnam veteran once, heard him ask the veteran if he wanted to "step outside". Could not believe it. Appalling. Guy was doing nothing wrong, only trying to figure out what happened to his parties' reservations.
