I called Carter Orthodontics several months ago to make an appt for my son. I was given an appt date, I arrive promptly on time and was told the girl that I had spoken with made my appt for there other office 20 minutes away. I had no idea they even had another office. We waited over 1 1/2 hours to be seen, While my son and I were waiting we could here the young girls at the counter talking about other patients apparently a patient take was unliked by the dr., Then they go on to discuss how drunk they are going to get after work. The dr seemed to be in such a hurry once he came into our room I didn't even have time to ask him any questions. I was shocked at the price the girl gave me and I was pressured into scheduling another appointment. Needless to say I will not be going back. I would hate to be the next's days topic of discussion.
