This has been a great experience for my family and I. Steve took time to show us all we asked for and an unlimited amount of carpet and laminate. We went 5 different times and he took his time to show each member of my family what they wanted to look at. We made our decision and found exactly what made everyone happy. He gave us a price that no one in the area could touch.
I had my own contractor lined up to install. He let us down. I called Steve at the last minute a day before my grandson's second birthday. He gave me a great price and Randy, Danny, and Jennifer came out and put down 5 large rooms of carpet and one room of laminat in a day in a half. My children were ecstatic and my grandson had the best party ever. I do not believe in a 5 star rating but they deserve it and my appreciation for what they did without complaining and on time. I got carpet and laminate from here. Paid to have it installed, they installed the carpet but never finished the laminate, and it has been about 6 months. You would be a fool to buy anything from here! Service is horrible and they would not make the installer come back to finish the job, so we gave up.

The service is AWFULLLLLL, worse experience every. First they ordered and delivered the wrong color laminate but the right carpet. the carpet installer got paid to install the carpet and did not complete the job ran off with the carpet and padding, the person who was suppose to install the laminate never showed up or called they sent someone else out to do it this weekend and he did a HORRIBLE JOB! Apparently this man has never even installed a piece of laminate in his lifetime, he wasted all the laminate had it installed incorrectly and when about it last night he said he was doing the best he can and have over 30yrs of experience in flooring as if we were asking him to do us a favor (we were shedding out our hard earns dollars to make our home comfortable. The floor looks hideous and so today we are having to rip it up and have it re-installed. Steve is very shady and did nothing but lie to us throughout the whole process. I now see why people put themselves in debt to deal with the larger companies because it's a waste of time trying to give business to the small companies. NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE WHEN THEY SAY "TRUST ME". Wish I could give them a zero rate because 1 star is too much for them.

AWFUL SERVICE.Ordered some carpet a month ago. HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET THE SO CALL OWNER Steve keeps lying on where it is he said he unable to.track it.Horrible service.......

You must pay upfront and hope they deliver when promised. They were a no show the next day for the install. I called to get rescheduled for later that day and did not hear from them until 2 days later. I asked for a refund, but they will not refund the price of the carpet even though THEY still have it. Store policy says exchanges only, even if they breach the contract. The owner has not returned my calls. Very poor business practices.

well i work at cash and carry carpet work here for almost 12 years it is great to see the face one them that have shoped around when they get a price from us we save youso much money next day install we carry so much hard wood laminate vinaly ceramika you just got to come by and see how much we got
