I have been coming to this store now 4 about 6 months now and every time i go in the staff is always helpful and they dont just sell u the product they let u know about it all the cool features about it i have told everyone 1 know about it and i love the store and the product thank you crazy vapors

The staff at Crazy Vapors are indifferent about the product that they sell expecting all customers coming in to be experienced vapors. This makes it very challenging to get to know the product line and to ask questions without either being talked down to or given their person preferences, which my not suit your taste. It is very difficult to deal with the staff even when the store is slow.

The owners son is a prick and could use a lesson in customer service! The women and the owner are the only nice ones to deal with. The guys that work there sell you the wrong stuff, then when you realize it's wrong they say it's against policy to exchange it even though it hasn't been used and you bought it a day ago and then they get an attitude with you. I started off at Victorious Vapors then went to Crazy Vapors bc someone told me they had better flavors, but I'd rather go to Victorious then deal with a bunch of douchebags with an attitude! The owner needs to get his employees in check!

These are the rudest people ever. I had an issue with a new battery I had just purchased. The guy slammed the replacement down , said nothing, & walked away. At first he tried to insinuate that I had done so,etching to it. I will NEVER step foot in this place ever again.

this is a quiet shop that is well organised with great service would recomend to all vaporists. new to vapors and have learned alot the first time there. great flavors the butterscotch is perfect aafter a meal 5 stars.
