I highly recommend Dr. Alemar and his office to anyone new to the Augusta/CSRA area, or to anyone at all looking for quality dental care. He and his staff are very effiecent and professional, but they are also very friendly, kind and courteous. The dental work i have had done by his office is the highest quality. He is very down to earth and easy to talk to. I highly, highly recommend him and his staff.

I have trusted the dental care of my family to Dr. Alemar for three years now and I can truly say that he is a professional in every sense of the word. I feel like visiting a family friend every time I step into his office; the staff is amazing and my kids love their Dentist! His profesionalism, down-to-earth attitude and upbeat personality, along with the warm and inviting environment makes your visit very pleasant, which is something I think is very difficult for a dentist to achieve. Dr. Alemar and his staff show true interest in knowing and understanding my needs and take the time to go into great detail and breakdown any dental treatment that may be taken care of. My daughter underwent a delicate treatment recently and the skills and experience of Dr. Alemar made this process a very smooth one. She is doing great! I have told my friends, coworkers and family how wonderful his office is. The office is efficient and clearly works as a team. I always get courtesy phone calls reminding me of the appointments and most of all, every single patient is received with smiles that show they truly love what they do.

David Alemar's office in Augusta, Ga is an excellant dental office! He is a great dentist and is very laid back and easy to get to know. He never rushes his patients and I can tell he loves what he does. His staff is extremely helpful! After one visit in there, you will feel like you have known them all forever! It is a warm atmosphere and you immediately know you are cared about as a person, as well as, a patient. My daughter has even worked in his office before and loved it. The staff work together well and their is no tension in the air. I highly recommend his office to anyone looking for a new dentist in the Augusta, Ga. area.

I took issue on 3 separate incidents/complaints concerning Dr. Alemar and his staff. In my view, Dr. Alemar's dentistry has very poor judgement on estimating cost and communicating procedure outlooks, and lacks the professionalism to effectively address the patient's concerns. In retrospect, I'm genuinly not able to think of anything positive about my family's experience with Dr. Alemar's practice. As a result of our "below-sub-par" experience with his office, we have since switched to another dentistry provider.
