My husband and I were very pleased with both the selection and service we received . There was only one young lady working at the time of our visit and the store was packed with patrons. She worked quickly and helped customers find items they wanted, even going to the back to get items that were depleted. We can't wait to return!

Today was my first experience in the store. They did not have much to choose from. My complaint is with the service. I entered the store with my four young children. We were the only patrons in the store. My youngest, who is four, had to use the restroom. My oldest child, 10, asked the clerk if there was a restroom. She rudely replied, that there was no public restroom. This was clearly an emergency, because my son began to cry excessively, because he had to go... After urinating on himself, she showed no compassion or concern for how this traumatized my son. I asked her why was he not able to use the restroom, she rudely stated that it was policy. Really? When is it ever appropriate to use discretion when it comes to a child using the rest room in an emergent situation? The manager was just as ill concerned as the clerk was, she stated if I do for one, I have to do for another. Again, there was a clear lack of judgment in this situation and no concern or remorse for my 4-year-old son who left crying.
