Let me just tell you it was just luck that we found ghanns! We were buying from another company ( won't mention names ) lol crickets always arrived wet with spiders in them just really nasty! Our reptiles were always getting parasites! One day that company raised our price per box by 9.00 and didn't even tell me! I just recieved this alot higher then normal bill! Well I was very mad told them how I felt and told them we'd take our business else where! Only thing we had no else where lol every place we tried was just as bad if not worse! Well a distributor we deal with in Miami was nice enough to tell us about Ghanns!! Thank God! Truthfully I kept telling my girlfriend they were to good to be true! That there had to be a catch!! Lol well I'm here to tell you there is no catch! Their crickets first of all are sooooo clean and healthy second theres always around 100k of crickets at or facility at any given time and you may here one or 2 chirp! 3rd there customer service is second to none! They always do anything they can for us!! They always make us feel like we are valued customers if there ever is an issue that happens because the shipping company breaks a box or all the boxes open they have always taken care of everything quickly and id say they have always been very happy to fix any issue that gas ever risen! All seriousness getting the feeders we were getting for our reptiles we would probably be out of business by now! It doesn't take long to ho under if your reptiles are always getting sick from their feeders! Because of Ghanns our business is thriving! Our reptiles are soooo healthy and we are eternally grateful! The one thing I didn't touch on yet is the price! Well you'd think with the quality of feeders the amount of professionalism their staff has you'd think they might use that to there advantage and charge a higher rate! WRONG!!! Do not use this company We also paid for next day shipping and did not receive ordered worms for over a week, no contact from the company, when we tried to reach out to them they just explained that they had to enter the credit card information manually and since they didn't ship on Fri-Sun is the reason our product didn't arrive until Wednesday ... poor customer service and overcharge for shipping. The product did eventually arrive and met expectations is only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1

Horrible costumer service!

I ordered crickets and superworms on a Monday, payed for next day shipping, so expected them to arrive Tuesday. Come Wednesday, no package, and no email saying it was shipped. So I emailed their company, asking for a cancellation and refund. The email I got back from Cathy Ghann was very rude. Lots of full caps words, red lettering, italics and underlines. Very abrupt and rude wording. Treating me like I was stupid. They said that they couldn't cancel or refund because it had shipped, just on Tuesday, not Monday. This is because I ordered after 12 noon on Monday. They also told me that they did send a shipping conformation email, and I should check my spam folder. I checked it, and no email at all. Yes, I had not not looked at their shipping policies, but it was not in an easy, visibly accessible location to look over. And it is not my fault that I never received a shipping conformation email. They could have handled the situation much better, simply telling me of the situation, rather than belittling me, and treating me like I was an idiot.

Great customer service!

I ordered 2,000 crickets on a Saturday and was supposed to ship on Monday but instead I got a call from a lady saying that it was too cold to ship the crickets and that if they did ship them then they would all more than likely die. I think that was great customer service to do that because I would have been out around $40 because their are no refunds with the shipping I selected. I appreciate that they were so nice and friendly and took the time out of her day to do that and explain everything! Thank you so much and I will be a returning customer for sure!

My Emperor Scorpion just presented my with scorplings and I needed pinhead crickets. Ghann's was able to offer me a reasonable quantity and I can pick them up since I live in their area. I am very happy!

you just don t get better than Ghann's for crickets being shipped alive and well. Questions that you ask them are answered promptly...I surely see why SO MANY places use Ghann's are their sole supplier for their animals. Quality from start to finish.

Customer Service is the worst!...

Customer Service is the worst! They sell products and do not back them. Bought a water dish form them that was broken and leaked killing all of my crickets refused to give refund for broken dish, Dead crickets. Would not even offer a discount on new crickets.

I usually don't put up reviews, but Ghann's cricket farm really made a great first impression. The crickets are great quality, and one of the employees there saved me shipping cost since I live only 10 minutes away. Awesome customer service!! We recently adopted a bearded dragon, and he eats 30-50 crickets a day. Ghann's took an extra step to save my family money during these hard economic times and i really appreciate that.
