They were in time and again did a second inspection

I bought my first home when I graduated college and was heartbroken when I had to sell it! It was a fantastic home that was built in 1908 so it had so much character but was a complete headache when it came to the inspection before closing. A couple of days before closing, the buyer's inspector came in and noted some minor concerns which really scared the buyers because he didn't explain anything to them. I called Gerald Hargrove and he came over (after normal business hours) and spent hours going over every little detail, then he called the buyers inspector, went over the concerns, got someone in to fix the areas to the other inspectors approval, and we went to closing right on time! If I had not called Gerald Hargrove, I may still have that home on the market and the buyers wouldn't be living in the home that they loved! I would recommend Gerald to anyone in need of an inspector! He is the friendliest and most caring person, as well as the most experienced inspector in the CSRA.
