I inquired about an insurance quote with Mr. Ben Dukes on the morning of 13 Feb 18. He took my information and said he would get back to me later that day. I called him around 4:00pm after not hearing from him. He said he was still working on it, and he would get with me the following day. Unfortunately he has not gotten back with me. I have called him several times xt105 only to get his answering machine. I called the operator and explained my issue and asked to speak to a supervisor/manager and was asked to give Ben one more chance, so she connected me to his extension. I got the same thing voicemail. Later that evening I received an email from Ben letting me know since I was unsatisfied with him, it would be best for us to not do business. Other than the two encounters, I haven't spoken to Ben. I just wanted a follow up call on the insurance quote, one way or the other. I will reach out to a supervisor/manager one more time to let them know about this situation. Hopefully they will set me up with someone else.
