Managers and customer service

I have come into the newest location many times and it seems to be the same thing every time no matter what time I come in or go through drive thru. I have listened to the managers yell at their crew, disregard the well being of customers, and have no respect for how they degrade their employees. I have even witnessed the store manager run to the back crying because she could not handle the pressure of a busy hour. I do not appreciate the way this store has been run. Something needs to be done either with management or who is running the store. I believe that the employees deserve more appreciation than what they are receiving.
